RESORTSMAGAZINE 03 VALET PARKING THURSDAY 24th April 2025 85.19 % (23.0/27.0) S UMMA R Y The report on the valet parking servic highlights a high overall performance level, with a score of 87.5%. The areas of surveillance, lighting, and access achieved the maximum possible scores (100%), demonstrating a well-organized and carefully managed system in terms of safety, visibility, and access control. Lighting, in particular, was noted to be excellent, ensuring complete visibility throughout the parking area, including peripheral zones and pedestrian paths. We didn''t look into the video surveillance. However, some shortcomings were identified in the signage section, which received only 50%: signs reminding guests to secure their vehicles and remove valuables were missing—an important element for preventing theft or damage. Regarding the quality of the service provided by the staff, the overall experience during the stay was positive. Upon arrival, between 5:00 and 6:00 PM on April 23rd, the service was handled by the younger valet, who was courteous, helpful, and attentive. Despite some initial difficulty with Italian—quickly resolved by switching to English—his professionalism and respectful attitude suggested he was relatively new to the role, yet showed great potential. At check-out, on April 24th at 3:30 PM, the car was promptly brought to the front with the luggage already loaded, and the guest was formally invited to verify their belongings. However, the behavior of the older valet was perceived as somewhat insistent, likely expecting a tip. Nonetheless, both staff members wore the proper uniform and performed their duties efficiently. Overall, the experience reflects a structured, professional service focused on guest satisfaction, with minor areas for improvement in communication and personal interaction.
