There are two restaurants wor th tr ying. First and foremost, Capa, located on the 17th floor, offers Spanish-inspired cuisine in a steakhouse format, with a wine list so varied and refined that it was named among the Best 100 Wine Restaurants by Wine Enthusiast. We began with Paprika-Marinated Oc topus with Mojo Verde, followed by a per fec tly medium-rare wagyu beef filet ser ved with smoked salt and grilled vegetables. While the view of Orlando’s lights and Epcot ’s fireworks set the scene, we were ser ved Churros de Madrid and Dulce de Leche to sweetly conclude this refined gastronomic experience.
