(1/1) 42 YES On April 23rd, upon arrival between 5 and 6 PM, we were welcomed by the younger Indian valet. Apart fromsome difficulty with Italian, everything was fine —we switched to English. He was thorough, very respectful, kind, and helpful. It felt like hemay have recently started this job and still needs a bit of practice, but his overall approach seems entirely appropriate. (1/1) 43 YES On April 24th, at 3:30 PM, after check-out, the valet brought the car to the front of the hotel with the luggage already loaded. He correctly invited us to check the trunk to ensure our bags were there and handed over the car key. In our opinion, he lingered a bit too long, seemingly waiting for a tip. It was the older Indian valet, but we didn’t notice (perhaps our fault) his name on the jacket. The younger one, upon arrival, did not behave this way.
