RESORTSMAGAZINE GENERAL CLEANING CHECKLIST FRIDAY 25th April 2025 95.24 % (20.0/21.0) S UMMA R Y The general cleaning audit achieved an excellent overall score of 95.24%. The evaluation across different sections showed perfect scores (100%) for employees’ appearance, general site inspection, and front reception area cleanliness. Staff were properly uniformed and wore name tags, and all inspected areas, including floors, walls, ceilings, and windows, were clean and well-maintained. The public restrooms section scored slightly lower at 85.7% due to an issue with a men’s wall urinal, located behind the wooden stairs, which was not flushing properly and therefore was not adequately clean. All other restroom areas, including floors, basins, waste bins, walls, doors, and supplies, met cleanliness and maintenance standards. Overall, the hotel demonstrated a very high level of cleanliness and attention to detail throughout the public areas except a minor problem in men. We didn't have nor we took information regarding sanitizing methods.
